Return & Exchange Policy

Aniclubs is committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. To maintain quality and fairness for all customers, the following policy governs returns and exchanges:


1. Valid Reasons for Return or Exchange

A return or exchange request will be accepted ONLY in the following cases:

A. Product Damage During Delivery customer may request a return/exchange if the product arrives damaged due to shipping or handling.

  • The damage must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • The customer must submit clear photos and/or videos of:
  • The damaged item
  • The outer packaging
  • The shipping label

If the damage is confirmed, Ain Clubs will:

Replace the item at no additional cost OR

Provide a refund if a replacement is not available

In this case, delivery and return shipping fees are fully covered by Ain Clubs.


B. Wrong Item or Wrong Size Sent by Ain Clubs

If the customer receives:

  • A product different from what they ordered
  • A size different from the selected size
  • A club or design different from the chosen option

Ain Clubs takes full responsibility.

The customer must provide:

  • A photo of the received product
  • A photo of the packing slip
  • Proof of mismatch

A replacement will be shipped at no cost, and Ain Clubs covers all return fees.


C. Printing or Quality Defects

If the product has:

  • Poor printing quality
  • Misaligned graphics
  • Incorrect colors compared to the product page
  • Manufacturing defects

The customer must submit photos/videos proving the issue within 48 hours.

If the defect is confirmed, Ain Clubs will replace the product or issue a refund.

2. Cases Where Returns or Exchanges Are NOT Accepted

A. Customer Chose the Wrong Size

Ain Clubs provides a size guide and the customer is fully responsible for selecting the correct size.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted for sizing errors made by the customer.

B. Customer Does Not Like the Product (Personal Preference)

If the product received matches:

  • The photos
  • The description
  • The size selected
  • The quality shown

But the customer “doesn’t like it” or “changed their mind”:

Ain Clubs does NOT accept returns or exchanges.

Delivery fees are not refunded.

This includes:

  • “I expected a different color”
  • “I don’t like the fabric”
  • “It looks different in my imagination”

As long as the product matches the description and images, the sale is final.


C. Slight Differences in Color Due to Screen Brightness

Small color variations caused by screen settings are NOT considered defects.

No returns for color tone differences.

D. No Proof Provided

If the customer does not provide required evidence (photos/videos), Ain Clubs cannot process the claim.


3. Return & Exchange Conditions

For valid cases listed above, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the item.
  2. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  3. All accessories, tags, stickers, or add-ons must be included.
  4. Photos/videos must clearly show the issue.
  5. Ain Clubs has the right to evaluate the evidence before accepting or rejecting the claim.

4. Delivery & Shipping Responsibility

If Ain Clubs is at fault:

  • Wrong item
  • Wrong size sent
  • Damaged product
  • Quality/printing issue

Ain Clubs covers ALL shipping and delivery costs.


If Customer is at fault or the reason is invalid:

  • Customer chose the wrong size
  • Customer changed their mind
  • Customer does not like the item
  • Customer wants to return without a valid reason

Ain Clubs does NOT cover any delivery fees

No refund of delivery charges

No exchange offered

5. Refund Policy

A refund will only be issued in the following situations:

  • Product is unavailable for replacement
  • Product arrived damaged and cannot be replaced
  • Wrong item delivered and replacement is unavailable

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–14 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider.


6. Custom Orders

Any product customized specifically for the customer (special designs, names, numbers, etc.) is:

Non-returnable

Non-refundable

Non-exchangeable

Unless there is a clear printing error or damage.
